FSSF BENEFIT RUN FOR OPE 1-13-2012

On Nov. 23, 2012, Falls Town Chapter-Guardians of the Children member, Ope, had a motorcycle accident at US 380/US287 in Decatur Texas in which he suffered serious head injuries. The Forever Sisters Sisters Forever, (FSSF) or the Sisterhood, as they are known by, put on a benefit ride for Ope on Sunday, 1-13-2013.  This is April. Her road name or nickname is Twisted. My curiosity was peaked but I did not pursue the whys and wherefore's of the given name. Perhaps next time..

 This is Christina and Falls Town Chapter-GOC member Dwarf. Dwarf is the Chapter Events Coordinator and one of my best friends. We were in the Army together back in the late 70's, early 80's. Christina is a good friend and Dwarf's assistant manager where they work.

 This is Tatu-Falls Town Chapter-GOC Vice President, Christina and me (Snapshot). Tatu is also a tattoo artist and manager of the Designmasters Tattoo Studio. He does all my ink. If you want some new ink work done, go by and see Gerald, Tatu and Michael. All are excellent tattooists. For body piercing, see Sissy and Lisa. They both should be getting their state license soon, if they haven't already.

This is Larry, Vice President of the Green Knights Chapter 54 and Vickey is behind him with the pink shirt on under her vest. Larry is  still recovering from leg injuries from when a drunk driver rammed him from behind while he was on his Harley a while back.

Here is OPE as we rode up to Byers Texas for our last meeting as Red River Chapter-GOC members and our first meeting as the Falls Town Chapter-GOC. @When Ope is taken home to Wisconsin for therapy here in the near future, he will be missed as he is missed by all of us already. God speed my friend!

 

This will conclude this post. A big thank you to the Sisterhood, FSSF, for ,putting this benefit on for Ope. The benefit raised a little over $4,000 that will help is parents with getting Ope home and help ,with some of the medical bills.
